Mr. Goodwin is a business executive with over 10 years of experience in alternative and traditional investment markets, financial technology and corporate operations. His experience includes senior management and board roles with publicly traded companies, including as Chief Operating Officer of Hyper Bit Technologies Ltd. Mr. Goodwin provides the Company with strategic and operational oversight in respect of its technology platform, including development and commercialization of payment infrastructure, integration of payment gateways, technology deployment and vendor management.

Mr. Lo is a Certified Public Accountant, qualified as a CPA in both Australia and as a Fellow CPA in Hong Kong, and has over 30 years of experience in public company financial reporting, auditing, corporate finance and management accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy with Merit from the University of Wollongong (Australia), completed the CPA Programme of CPA Australia, and holds earlier qualifications in accountancy and cost accounting from Shue Yan College and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Sean Webster has nearly 30 years of experience in the global capital markets and served as a licensed investment advisor in Canada for approximately ten years. Mr. Webster is the managing partner of Cynosure Capital Partners Ltd., a corporate advisory firm he has led for over 15 years, through which he has advised public and private companies on capital markets transactions, financial strategy and corporate development. Mr. Webster is a Canadian citizen and resides in Hong Kong SAR, and has held senior management and board positions with public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (NEX) and the OTC markets. Mr. Webster graduated from the University of Calgary in 1996 with a bachelors undergraduate degree in economics and commerce.

Yee Man Cheung has over 28 years of executive experience with Asiazone Co. Ltd., a privately held company engaged in the production and processing of steel and steel products for Asian and international export markets, most recently serving as Executive VP, Accounts and Commodity Management. In her executive roles, Ms. Cheung has been involved in senior management oversight of business operations, financial performance and strategic planning for an operating business with significant inventory, procurement and export activities.
